About the Role

Cosmetiq Hospital is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused, and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front office team and ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive attitude with a genuine passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Front Office/Reception team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Deliver an outstanding patient experience by greeting and assisting patients with a warm, welcoming smile.
Handle patient queries, complaints, and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing coordination, and front desk workflows.
Ensure efficient coordination between patients, doctors, nursing staff, and other departments.
Train, mentor, and motivate front office staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Monitor patient waiting times and implement measures to improve service efficiency.
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH quality standards.
Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with hospital management.
Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-friendly reception area.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an added advantage).
High level of patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
Ability to handle patients and their families calmly and courteously, even in challenging situations.
Positive attitude with a pleasant personality and a genuine smile while interacting with patients.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in front office/reception management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with a Medical Social Work (MSW) background and prior experience in managing a hospital front office or patient relations will have a distinct advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
