About the Company

Venad Finances and Business Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing NBFC, is expanding its operations across Central and South Kerala with plans to open 50 new branches. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead branch expansion, gold loan operations, and deposit mobilisation activities across the region.

Position:Zonal HeadJob Summary

The Zonal Head will be responsible for leading large-scale branch expansion, driving gold loan business growth, and aggressively mobilising deposits across the assigned zone. The role requires a dynamic leader with strong experience in NBFC / Banking operations, capable of managing multiple branches, achieving business targets, and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage branch expansion activities across Central & South Kerala
Handle end-to-end operations of multiple branches within the zone
Drive gold loan business growth and ensure portfolio quality
Lead aggressive deposit mobilisation initiatives (FD/RD)
Achieve assigned business, revenue, and profitability targets
Recruit, train, and monitor Branch Managers and field teams
Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and internal operational standards
Build strong customer and business relationships within the market
Monitor branch productivity, audits, collections, and operational efficiency

Educational Qualification

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Banking, or related field from a recognised university
Additional certifications in Banking, Finance, or NBFC Operations will be an added advantage

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Gold Loan sector
Must have experience in managerial roles such as:
Regional Manager
Zonal Manager
Area Head
Business Head

Proven track record in:

Branch expansion
Gold loan operations
Deposit mobilisation
Team handling & business growth
Strong leadership, business development, and operational management skills

Salary

₹75,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month
(Based on experience, performance, and current profile)
