Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Study & Tourist Visa Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through every stage of their study abroad and tourist visa journey—from selecting the right destination and institution to preparing and submitting visa applications successfully.

You will play a key role in helping students and travelers achieve their international goals by providing accurate advice, personalized counseling, and professional support throughout the process.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Counseling

Meet with students, travelers, and families to understand their goals, preferences, financial background, and travel or study requirements.
Provide personalized guidance regarding study abroad opportunities and international travel plans.
Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, timelines, and application procedures.

Study Visa Services

Advise students on course selection, universities, colleges, and study destinations such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, New Zealand, Europe, and other countries.
Assist with admission applications, offer letters, tuition fee processes, and study permit applications.
Guide students regarding language requirements, financial documentation, GIC, SOP preparation, and embassy procedures.

Tourist Visa Services

Counsel clients regarding tourist, visitor, family visit, and holiday visa options.
Assist in preparing tourist visa applications for countries including Canada, Australia, the UK, Schengen countries, the USA, New Zealand, Dubai/UAE, Singapore, and others.
Verify travel itineraries, hotel bookings, flight reservations, travel insurance, financial documents, invitation letters, and supporting documents.

Visa Application Processing

Prepare, review, and submit complete visa applications accurately and within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.
Monitor application progress and provide timely updates to clients.

Documentation Review

Verify academic documents, employment records, financial statements, identity documents, and supporting paperwork.
Ensure all documentation meets embassy standards and country-specific requirements.

Application Tracking & Follow-Up

Track applications from submission to final decision.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding application status.
Follow up with universities, colleges, embassies, and visa authorities when required.

Customer Service & Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with clients through professional and ethical counseling.
Handle inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
Deliver excellent customer service to maximize client satisfaction and referrals.

Stay Updated

Keep up to date with changing immigration laws, embassy requirements, visa regulations, and international education policies.
Attend training sessions and industry seminars to enhance professional knowledge.

CRM & Record Management

Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, client interactions, and visa outcomes.
Update CRM systems regularly with application progress and client information.
Generate reports for management when required.

Marketing & Outreach

Participate in seminars, education fairs, workshops, and promotional events.
Conduct counseling sessions and presentations for prospective students and travelers.
Assist in generating and converting leads into successful applications.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

Bachelor's Degree or higher (Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or related fields preferred).

Experience

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Study Visa, Tourist Visa, Immigration Consulting, or Overseas Education Counseling.
Experience handling multiple countries and visa categories will be preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong counseling, sales, and customer service abilities.
Good knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Professional, organized, and target-oriented approach.
