We work with ambitious businesses across digital marketing, creative, technology, product development, and conversion optimisation. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Account Manager to join BonMinds as a full-time employee.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will act as the bridge between our clients and internal delivery teams. You will be responsible for understanding client objectives, coordinating campaign execution, monitoring performance, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality.

The ideal candidate combines strong client-management skills with a practical understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities- Client Servicing and Account Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build strong, professional, and long-term client relationships.
Understand each client’s business, target audience, objectives, challenges, and expectations.
Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams.
Present campaign strategies, performance reports, recommendations, and project updates clearly.
Conduct regular client meetings and document discussions, decisions, and action items.
Respond to client queries promptly and manage feedback professionally.
Identify and resolve issues before they affect project delivery or client satisfaction.
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and account retention.

Digital Marketing Project Management

Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects across SEO, AEO, paid advertising, social media, content, email marketing, branding, creative design, and web development.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, SEO specialists, paid-media professionals, social media teams, and developers.
Prepare project plans, assign responsibilities, establish timelines, and follow up on deliverables.
Ensure that client requirements, project scope, timelines, and deliverables are properly documented.
Monitor project progress and ensure campaigns are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.
Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and next steps.

Reporting and Performance Management

Prepare and present weekly and monthly campaign-performance reports.
Convert marketing data into clear insights and practical recommendations for clients.
Monitor relevant metrics, including website traffic, keyword rankings, leads, conversions, engagement, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.
Work with delivery teams to identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures.
Track commitments made during client meetings and ensure their timely completion.
Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, client feedback, approvals, and pending tasks.

Strategy and Account Growth

Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes through new strategies, services, and campaign enhancements.
Support account growth through appropriate cross-selling and upselling.
Conduct competitor, industry, and market research to bring relevant ideas to client campaigns.
Ensure campaigns follow platform best practices and align with the client’s business objectives.
Contribute to internal process improvements that strengthen client servicing and operational efficiency.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform changes, AI tools, and emerging customer-acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
Two to four years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Good understanding of SEO, AEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and websites.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Strong client communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to translate business objectives into clear marketing briefs and execution plans.
Strong organisational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, deadlines, and internal stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, accountability, and a solution-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing international clients.
Experience preparing and presenting digital marketing reports.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and advertising dashboards.
Experience using project-management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Basecamp.
Familiarity with CRM and client-communication platforms.
Experience in account expansion, cross-selling, or upselling.
Understanding of AI-powered tools used in marketing, content creation, reporting, and campaign optimisation.
