HR & Corporate Gifting Manager

Company: Angroos Gifts Boutique
Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Performance Incentive: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

About the Role

Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a proactive, well-organized, and customer-focused HR & Corporate Gifting Manager to manage recruitment, employee coordination, corporate gifting projects, client relationships, and business development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering premium gifting solutions for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Coordinate daily HR activities and maintain employee records professionally.
Manage enquiries from corporate clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and the website.
Understand each client’s gifting requirements and recommend suitable gift hampers and customized gifting solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, negotiate orders, and convert enquiries into successful sales.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and business partners.
Coordinate with the design, production, packing, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion.
Plan and supervise bulk gift packing, personalization, branding, and product quality before dispatch.
Monitor important client occasions, festivals, corporate events, and delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers whenever required for custom products and urgent requirements.
Assist in planning seasonal campaigns such as Onam, Christmas, Diwali, New Year, and other corporate gifting projects.
Support business development activities by identifying new corporate clients and maintaining regular follow-ups.
Prepare daily reports, sales updates, client records, and order tracking reports.
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after order completion.
Maintain confidentiality of company data, pricing, and customer information.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent Malayalam is required. Basic English communication is preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Experience in HR, sales, customer service, or corporate gifting will be an added advantage.
Good computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet usage.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.
Positive attitude, professional appearance, and willingness to learn.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Responsibilities

During festival seasons or large corporate orders, additional working hours may be required to ensure timely completion of orders.
Candidate should be willing to coordinate with clients after office hours whenever urgent support is required through phone calls or WhatsApp.
If additional manpower is required for bulk orders, assist in recruiting temporary staff and coordinating their work.
Work closely with all departments to maintain smooth operations and deliver a premium customer experience.
