**Job Title: **Promotional Activities Coordinator

Company: VIVO
Location: Kerala

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and socially active Promotional Activities Coordinator to support Vivo's promotional and brand-building activities across the assigned cluster. The role will primarily involve coordinating promotional Events/Activities, managing inaugurations and celebrity appearances, creating social media content, and ensuring the smooth execution of promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should be confident, well-presented, highly organized, and comfortable interacting with celebrities, influencers, retailers, media teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage store inaugurations, promotional events, product launches, and other brand activities across the assigned cluster.
Handle event coordination involving actresses, celebrities, influencers, and other special guests.
Ensure the smooth execution of events, including venue coordination, scheduling, branding, guest management, and on-ground arrangements.
Coordinate with internal teams, dealers, retailers, event agencies, and other stakeholders for promotional activities.
Actively participate in social media activities and create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Create and coordinate Reels, short videos, photos, stories, and promotional content related to vivo activities and events.
Stay updated with current social media trends, Reels formats, content ideas, and promotional trends.
Capture and coordinate event-related photos and videos for social media posting.
Support the planning and execution of local promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility marketing.
Maintain an active presence during events and ensure that promotional activities receive appropriate social media coverage.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and content creators whenever required.
Prepare activity reports and provide regular updates on promotional campaigns and events.
Travel within the assigned cluster as required for events and promotional activities.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong event coordination and organizational skills.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, and social media trends.
Ability to create or coordinate engaging social media content.
Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with celebrities, influencers, retailers, and senior stakeholders.
Good presentation and public-speaking skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and work under deadlines.
Creative mindset with an interest in marketing, branding, and content creation.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates from Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or related backgrounds will be preferred.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in event management, promotions, social media, brand activation, or a similar role.
Candidates with strong social media knowledge and good communication skills may also be considered.
