Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executives to support our sales team by handling customer enquiries, qualifying leads, and facilitating site visits. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for interacting with prospective homebuyers.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and manage inbound customer enquiries received through phone calls, website forms, social media, and other marketing channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
Qualify leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Schedule and coordinate project site visits for prospective customers.
Follow up with leads regularly to nurture interest and convert enquiries into site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer engagement.
Maintain daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and site visit schedules.
Assist in conducting promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns as required.
Ensure a professional and courteous customer experience at all stages of interaction.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their requirements.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
Prior experience in tele-calling, customer service, or real estate sales support will be an added advantage.

Eligibility

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline / BBA / MBA.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, customer service, tele-calling, or sales support are preferred.
