Full job description

Dörfen is a premium aluminium doors and windows brand delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for architects, builders, designers, and homeowners. We are looking for a creative and energetic individual who can bring our brand to life through engaging content and compelling storytelling across digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Create engaging reels, videos, carousels, stories, graphics, and static posts.
Present and record product explanation videos, showroom walkthroughs, feature demonstrations, installation videos, customer testimonials, and educational content.
Visit project sites and the experience centre to capture high-quality photos and videos.
Write engaging captions, scripts, blogs, and other marketing content.
Stay updated with social media trends and create trend-based content while maintaining the premium brand image.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to execute campaigns.
Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
Monitor engagement and analyse content performance to improve reach and engagement.
Assist in planning and covering exhibitions, product launches, architect meets, showroom events, and other marketing activities.
Ensure all content reflects Dörfen's premium branding and visual identity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable appearing on camera for product demonstrations, educational videos, and brand promotions.
Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Basic photography and videography skills.
