Design Software Trainer
Role Overview
Aixperia is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Software Trainer to empower interior designers,franchise partners, and internal teams to unlock the full potential of our design-to-production software platform. This role is critical in bridging the gap between powerful technology and user success, ensuring seamless onboarding, skill development, and sustained product adoption across our growing network.
As a Software Trainer, you will be the face of Aixperia's commitment to user enablement—delivering engaging training experiences, creating effective learning resources, and driving measurable improvements in user confidence and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new users, including interior designers, franchise partners, and internal staff
- Deliver engaging live demonstrations, interactive workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions tailored to different user levels
- Provide hands-on support during users' initial project execution to ensure successful implementation
- Support franchise showrooms and partner networks through regular on-site training visits
Content Development
- Create, update, and maintain high-quality training materials including user manuals, video tutorials, quick reference guides, and interactive learning modules
- Develop role-based training curricula that address specific user needs and workflows
- Document best practices and common use cases from design concept through production execution
Product Knowledge & Collaboration
- Work closely with the product team to stay current on new features, updates, and platform enhancements
- Translate technical product capabilities into user-friendly training content and demonstrations
- Assist users in understanding complete workflows from initial design concepts to final production output
Continuous Improvement
- Collect and analyze user feedback to identify training gaps and improvement opportunities
- Suggest enhancements to training programs, product features, and user experience
- Track trainee progress, measure training effectiveness, and report on key performance metrics
- Identify patterns in user challenges and proactively address them through targeted training interventions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field
Core Skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven experience in software training, customer onboarding, technical support, or product enablement
- Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with varied user groups
Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with interior design software, CAD applications, or modular furniture workflows (preferred)
- Comfort with learning new technologies quickly and staying current with software updates
- Basic understanding of design-to-production processes
Other Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel for on-site training sessions across partner locations
- Flexibility to conduct training sessions at various times to accommodate user schedules
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malayalam or other regional languages is an advantage
Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of professional experience in software training, product training, technical education, or design
software roles
- Prior experience working with interior designers, architects, furniture manufacturers, or related industries
- Knowledge of design-to-production workflows, project management tools, or manufacturing processes
- Experience creating digital training content (video tutorials, e-learning modules, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
