Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of managing and retaining key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management: Build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.
Retention & Growth: Understand client needs and business goals to ensure high retention rates and actively cross-sell/up-sell relevant products or services.
Problem Resolution: Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues, complaints, or inquiries quickly and effectively.
Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and clear understanding of our value proposition.
Strategic Planning: Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and alignment on strategic goals.
Market Insights: Gather client feedback and market trends to collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: [X] years of experience in relationship management, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills to handle complex client situations gracefully.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Attributes: Highly organized, empathetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
