Full job description

Vanvision Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Executive to manage and support the company's end-to-end ERP operations. The role involves overseeing inventory transactions, stock movements, billing support, ERP issue resolution, user management, and providing technical assistance to retail stores to ensure seamless business operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Operations Management

Manage and monitor the company's ERP system on a daily basis.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of inventory, sales, purchase, and stock-related transactions.
Maintain ERP master data including products, pricing, users, vendors, and store information.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure ERP processes are followed correctly.

Inventory & Stock Management

Process and monitor stock transfers between warehouses, stores, and distributors.
Handle stock returns, damaged stock entries, and inventory adjustments in the ERP system.
Track inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with concerned teams.
Ensure stock records are accurately maintained across all locations.

Billing & Store Support

Provide ERP and billing support to retail stores and kiosks.
Assist store teams in invoice generation, billing corrections, and transaction-related issues.
Support new store setup, user creation, billing configurations, and system onboarding.
Coordinate with finance and operations teams for smooth billing processes.

Issue Resolution & Technical Support

Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
Act as the first point of contact for store-level IT and ERP support.
Coordinate with ERP vendors and software providers for escalated technical issues.
Maintain issue logs and ensure timely closure of support tickets.

Reporting & Compliance

Generate and analyze inventory, sales, stock movement, and operational reports.
Ensure data accuracy and system compliance across all business units.
Support audit requirements by providing ERP-based reports and transaction records.
Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.

IT & Infrastructure Support

Provide basic IT support for store systems, billing machines, printers, barcode scanners, and network connectivity.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software maintenance.
Assist in ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in ERP management, inventory control, retail operations, or IT support.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Logic ERP, SAP Business One, Tally ERP, Zoho Inventory, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of inventory management and stock movement processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage multiple stores and support requests efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, or e-commerce operations.
Knowledge of POS systems, barcode management, and billing software.
Basic understanding of networking and hardware troubleshooting.
Diploma in supply chain management
Diploma in Logistics Management
Diploma in Inventory Management and Warehouse Management
Diploma in Operations Management

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

ERP issue resolution turnaround time.
Accuracy of stock transfers and inventory records.
Billing support efficiency and issue closure rate.
Store support response time.
Inventory discrepancy reduction.
System uptime and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
