We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

In-depth understanding of Indirect Taxes and relevant case laws with a focus on litigation. Proven experience in handling legal matters related to Indirect Tax at High Court and Supreme Court levels. Strong analytical skills to interpret complex legal documents and tax regulations effectively. Ability to formulate strategic arguments and present cases to legal forums with precision. Demonstrated expertise in preparing and filing litigation documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
