Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Process Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in food production, preferably in ready-to-cook/ready-to-eat or fermented food products.
Strong understanding of food production systems, hygiene standards, and quality assurance protocols.
Practical knowledge in shelf-life testing and lab analysis.
Good planning, documentation, and leadership skills.
Exposure to ready-to-cook or fermented food products will be an added advantage.
Compensation: Pay will match industry standards and will be commensurate with experience.
