Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, inventory management, and day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Process and track orders, returns, and customer inquiries.
Generate reports and maintain data using Microsoft Excel.
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Handle promotions, coupons, and marketplace campaigns.
Assist in catalog management and product uploads.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce Operations.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Basic knowledge of Shopify Store Management.
Good understanding of Inventory Management and order processing.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
Experience in marketplace operations and online retail is preferred.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
