*Location: Vasai-Virar / Borivali / Navi Mumbai*
## Sales Engineer - Water & Wastewater Treatment
- *Role*: Generate business and manage sales for STP, ETP, WTP, GWTP in Mumbai MMR region
- *Territory*: Vasai-Virar, Borivali, Mira-Bhayandar, Thane, Navi Mumbai industrial & residential belt
- *Key Responsibilities*:
- Identify projects from builders, societies, industries, hotels, hospitals, schools in assigned area
- Visit sites to understand requirement: capacity, space, inlet quality, treated water reuse plan
- Collect technical data and coordinate with design team for treatment scheme + commercial offer
- Sell packaged & civil STPs, GWTP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, ZLD systems
- Give technical presentations to architects, consultants, PMC, and project owners
- Follow up on quotes, handle objections, negotiate pricing & payment terms to close orders
- Track projects via MCGM/BMC approvals, environmental clearance, and tender portals
- Build relations with MPCB consultants, liasoning agents, and EPC contractors
- Achieve monthly order booking target for MMR territory
- Update daily DSR, site visits, and pipeline in CRM/mobile app
- Coordinate with project team post-order for site handover and smooth execution
- Gather competitor info on pricing, schemes, and upcoming projects in MMR
- *Required Skills*:
- Basic knowledge of STP/ETP process: MBBR, SBR, MBR, RO, UF, ZLD
- Understanding of MPCB/CPCB norms and treated water reuse guidelines
- Good networking skills in real estate & industrial segments
- Self-starter with bike and ability to travel daily across Vasai to Navi Mumbai
- *Qualifications*:
- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical/Environmental Engineering
- B.Sc with 2+ years technical sales also considered
- 1-5 years in STP/WTP/ETP sales, building products, or industrial equipment
- *Other*:
- Two-wheeler mandatory with valid license
- Should be based in or ready to travel across Vasai-Virar/Borivali/Navi Mumbai
- Salary + Incentives on order booking & collections + travel reimbursement
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
