Full job description

Biofrost is India's cryotherapy-based cold therapy brand, offering 100% natural, odorless topical relief products (Gel, Roll-On, Spray) for soreness, stiffness and recovery. We are backed by Aamrita Global's pharmaceutical manufacturing heritage, with sister-concern facilities recognized by the US FDA and UK MHRA. We are expanding rapidly in the B2B and institutional space and are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to grow our corporate and medical channel.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be the face of Biofrost in the field. You will meet corporates, doctors, physiotherapists, orthopedic specialists, clinics, hospitals, gyms, sports academies and wellness centres to pitch, negotiate and close B2B sales of Biofrost products. This is a target-driven, on-ground sales role — ideal for someone who loves meeting people and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach and meet corporates, medical professionals (doctors, physiotherapists, orthopedists) and institutions to generate B2B sales
Conduct face-to-face product presentations, demos and sampling at clinics, hospitals, corporate offices and fitness/sports facilities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B leads; convert prospects into repeat institutional buyers
Negotiate pricing, bulk orders and institutional deals within company guidelines
Onboard doctors and clinics for product recommendation and dispensing
Develop long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat orders
Maintain daily visit reports, lead status and sales data in company CRM/tracking systems
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment, invoicing and after-sales support
Gather market intelligence — competitor pricing, offers and channel activity — and share insights with management
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

1–4 years of B2B / field sales / institutional sales experience (pharma, healthcare, medical devices, FMCG or wellness preferred)
Comfortable with daily field visits and extensive local travel
Strong communication in English, Hindi and Marathi; confident presenting to doctors and corporate decision-makers
Proven ability to close deals and meet targets
Self-driven, disciplined with reporting, and able to work independently in the field
Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharma background is a plus)
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
