Job Title: Project Engineer Intern

Location: Bangalore, India

Department: Project Management – Semiconductor Equipment

Employment Type: Internship-to-Employment/Full time

Experience: Freshers

Qualification: Master's degree in Business Administration, or related discipline – 2026 Pass-Out

Compensation: ₹30,000 per month during the internship. Upon successful confirmation to a full-time position, the CTC will be revised to ₹6 LPA, subject to performance.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer Intern to join our Project Management team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a 2026 graduate looking to build a career in project coordination, documentation, and execution within the semiconductor equipment industry.

The selected candidate will work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams and gain hands-on exposure to project documentation, vendor coordination, PLM/ERP/CRM systems, project tracking, so on

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:

●

Assist in preparing project documentation during project kickoff and initiation phases.

●

Support end-to-end project execution activities from planning to delivery under guidance.

●

Help manage distribution and communication of projects

●

Assist in setting up, maintaining, and archiving project records in document management systems.

●

Support preparation of meeting minutes, feedback reports

●

Follow up with cross functional team stake holders and ensure no roadblocks in projects

●

Coordinate with vendors for parts manufacturing.

●

Provide general administrative support and preparation of slides for the management executives

●

Learn and apply proper documentation, compliance, and archiving practices for project-related records.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

●

Strong interest in project management and coordination.

●

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

●

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

●

Good documentation and organizational skills.

●

Basic understanding of project lifecycle and delivery processes.

●

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

●

Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

●

Attention to detail and process adherence.

●

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

●

Willingness to learn new tools and processes.

●

Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.

PREFERRED / ADDED ADVANTAGE

●

Academic projects or internships involving project coordination, operations, or documentation.

●

Exposure to technical or engineering project environments.

●

Basic awareness of Project Management concepts (PMP / PRINCE2 fundamentals) is a plus.

●

Familiarity with enterprise or ERP systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent) is an advantage.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

●

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.

●

2026 Pass-Out candidates only.

●

Candidates with strong academic projects or practical exposure in project coordination or technical environments will be preferred.

●

Fresh graduates with relevant academic projects, internships, or hands-on exposure are encouraged to apply.
