Full job description

Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform like ajio, amazon, myntra, first cry, pepperfry, quick commerce.

To partner with new and promising e-commerce platforms.

able to work with platform manager and develop close relations with ecom 3p category manager

Develop detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes

Formulate and analyze business strategies on digital platforms, in order to maximize the traffic transaction revenue

Define and lead the overall eCommerce operations including order management, supply chain, inventory planning and customer services

Balance goods receipts from shipment to ecommerce third party warehouseManage and plan merchandise inventory positions for ecommerce and future retail formats stores to drive sales, inventory, profit, and turnover objectives

advertise brand and work for brand visibility over all platforms

To formulate and execute a winning Direct to Consumer (D2C) business strategy.

Develop detailed project plans and managing all implementation processesFormulate and analyze business strategies on digital platforms, in order to maximize the traffic transaction revenue

To design and execute social media and performance marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the brand and value propositions to the target audience.

Be hands-on with major 3P platforms and their growth levers such as AMS, Keywords, CPC, ROAS, SEO etc. and have a proven track record of growth on these platforms.

Lead the Ecommerce vertical and its strategies.

Prepare annual sales forecasts for all Direct to Customers (D2C) products in conjunction with Finance.

Responsible for products revenue from direct customers (individual, company or third-party such as API).

Build insight reports on customers and how to improve sales and engagement using data-driven methodologies.

Prepare annual plans and targets for acquiring new and capitalizing on existing customers and monitor achievements on a monthly basis.

Manage annual plans of expansions and monitor sales from all digital channels, products, customers, and third-party APIs.

Monitor customer behaviour using analytical tools and insights and make recommendations on new opportunities such as cross-selling, education, alerts, etc.

5+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.

Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimise product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.

Managing and executing promotional campaigns

Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps

Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance

Orchestrates all aspects of strategic ecommerce plans;
