Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic, well-organized and customer-oriented professional for the position of Admin cum Front Office Executive at our Pre-Primary School .

Location: Aravali International school-sector 81

Position: Admin cum Front Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front office and act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and stakeholders.
Handle parent queries, calls, emails and day-to-day correspondence professionally.
Manage fee collection, fee-related queries, receipts, records and follow-up of outstanding dues.
Coordinate with the Finance Department for fee reconciliation and reporting.
Maintain student records, registers, files and other administrative documentation.
Coordinate with teachers, transport, security, housekeeping and other support teams for smooth school operations.
Support student arrival, dispersal, events, parent meetings and other school activities.
Prepare reports, notices, circulars and other administrative documents.
Ensure adherence to school policies, safety procedures and administrative protocols.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling student, parent and financial information.
Experience :
5 years of relevant experience in school administration, front office, pre-school, education, hospitality or a similar service-oriented environment.
Experience in fee collection/fee administration and parent handling will be preferred.
Prior experience in a reputed school/pre-school will be an advantage. Interested candidates are requested to share their updated CV along with their current CTC, expected CTC and notice period
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Additional qualification/certification in Administration, Front Office Management or Accounts will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
