About Stenor Concepts Pvt. Ltd.

Stenor Concepts Pvt. Ltd. is a premium home-interior solutions company specializing in modular kitchens, wardrobes and related interior solutions. We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected and target-oriented Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence across Mumbai.

Job Description

The BDM will be responsible for generating new business, developing professional networks and converting opportunities into sales for our modular kitchen business.

The candidate will primarily develop relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, real-estate professionals, channel partners and premium residential clients and generate qualified leads and projects for the showroom.

Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Lead Generation

· Identify and develop new business opportunities across Mumbai and MMR.

· Generate leads through field visits, networking, references, cold calling, social media and industry contacts.

· Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects where modular kitchens can be specified.

· Develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers and projects.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business development targets.

2. Architect & Interior Designer Networking

· Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers and design studios.

· Regularly visit architecture and interior-design firms to introduce Stenor’s products and capabilities.

· Generate project leads and referrals through architects and designers.

· Conduct product presentations and showroom visits for design professionals.

· Develop long-term professional relationships to generate repeat business.

3. Builder, Contractor & Channel Development

· Identify and develop relationships with builders, contractors, developers and other relevant channel partners.

· Explore tie-ups and business opportunities with real-estate and interior-project professionals.

· Track upcoming projects and identify decision-makers.

· Develop referral and channel partnerships to increase project enquiries.

4. Client Meetings & Sales

· Meet prospective clients and understand their kitchen requirements, budget and expectations.

· Present Stenor’s modular kitchen solutions, materials, finishes, accessories and value proposition.

· Conduct site visits when required.

· Coordinate with the design team for client presentations and proposals.

· Follow up systematically with prospects until order closure.

· Negotiate commercially within approved company guidelines.

· Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.

5. Showroom & Customer Coordination

· Invite prospective clients, architects and designers to the Lower Parel showroom.

· Coordinate client meetings and product demonstrations.

· Work closely with the design team to ensure client requirements are properly understood.

· Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry to order confirmation.

6. Project & Internal Coordination

· Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Accounts, Purchase and Installation teams.

· Ensure accurate communication of customer requirements and commercial commitments.

· Support the team during project execution whenever required.

· Maintain strong post-sales relationships and identify opportunities for referrals and repeat business.

7. Market & Competitor Analysis

· Monitor competitor pricing, products, offers and market activities.

· Track trends in modular kitchens, wardrobes, home interiors and premium residential projects.

· Provide regular market feedback to management.

· Identify new areas, projects and customer segments for business growth.

8. CRM & Reporting

· Maintain an updated database of architects, interior designers, builders, contractors and prospects.

· Maintain daily call, meeting and visit reports.

· Update lead status, follow-ups, quotations and conversions in the CRM/lead tracker.

· Submit weekly and monthly sales and business-development reports to management.

· Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide realistic sales forecasts.

Candidate ProfileExperience

· 4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.

· Experience in modular kitchens, home interiors, furniture, wardrobes, building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, luxury home products or related industries preferred.

· Candidates with an existing network of architects and interior designers in Mumbai will have a strong advantage.

Qualification

· Graduate in any discipline.

· MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
