We are hiring for a Customer Support Executive (Air/Ocean Import & Export)

Location : Mumbai

Experience -2–5 years in Freight Forwarding / Customs Brokerage

Salary: 3.6 to 5 Lakhs PA.

Preferred: Immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities

Handle complete shipment lifecycle for Air & Ocean – Import and Export
Act as a single point of contact for customers for shipment updates and issue resolution
Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, overseas agents, transporters, and customs teams
Ensure timely documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, BOE, Shipping Bill, etc.)
Monitor shipment milestones and ensure on-time clearance and delivery
Follow up for pre-alerts, arrival notices, and delivery orders
Maintain compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements
Update customers proactively on shipment status, delays, and exceptions
Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Accounts) for smooth execution
Maintain records in system and ensure accurate data entry and reporting

Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
