Department: Event Sales Team
Location: Mysuru
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree
Age Limit: Up to 32 Years
Salary: Upto ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive (Events) to drive event sales and develop strategic business partnerships. The ideal candidate should have experience in event sales, hospitality, travel, MICE, or corporate sales and possess strong relationship-building and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new event business partners.
Build and maintain relationships with event planners, corporate companies, hotels, resorts, travel agencies, wedding planners, and other business associates.
Generate leads for corporate events, conferences, team outings, school and college events, birthday parties, and social gatherings.
Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen partner relationships.
Present GRS Fantasy Park's event packages, venues, and partnership opportunities to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth event planning and successful execution.
Achieve monthly sales, partnership, booking, and revenue targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Required Skills

Field sales experience with market mapping capabilities.

Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:

Events & Entertainment
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)
Hospitality
Travel & Tourism
Corporate Sales
Business Development

Additional Requirements

Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Fluency in Kannada and English is preferred.
