Job Summary
Experience in operation and maintenance of utilities, maintenance of plant process equipment, erection & commissioning plant utilities. Preferably in food, pharma, FMCG, consumer durable, power plant or similar.
The position is responsible for
The position will be at our Mumbai office. Report to Director - Operation.
Ø Mobilisation of new site .
Ø Arrangement of required Technical staff along with HR dept.
Ø The Day to Day monitoring of KPI of different site. Analyse the gap and advise site team.
Ø Conduct regular review meetings with client
Ø Conduct Site audits
Ø Liaise with Client’s Maintenance Manager & our Site lead at site on scheduled basis to capture voice of customer.
Ø Preparation of Improvement plan.
Ø MIS preparation covering all site for management briefing
Ø Ensuring Invoicing on time and oversee receivable management
Ø Identification of Technical Training need. Preparation of Training calendar and drive implementation.
Ø Benchmark Best practices from the industry/clients & ensure horizontal implementation of the same
Ø Knowledge about CMMS will be advantageous
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Candidate should have thorough knowledge & worked on most of these following equipment’s:
· O & M of Utility
. Air Compressor
· HVAC - Chiller, Air Conditioning, AHU’s, Cooling Towers, Humidifiers, Cold store, etc
· Vacuum pump
· Water treatment plant (WTP-SOFTNER/DM WATER/RO)
· Effluent/ Sewage treatment plant (ETP/ STP/ZLD)
· Power Distribution/DG Set
· Nitrogen generators, CO2 plant, Ammonia Plant
· Very strong Technical knowhow of water chemistry, mechanical and electrical utilities. (Boiler and thermic fluid heaters including solid fuel handling to be added)
· Excellent communication skills and non hesitant approach.
· Ability to use all platforms need basis verbal, whatsapp, email, postals, physical presence, etc.
· Having good clarity in reporting needs and should be very good at report preparation and presentation. Good skills required on MS power point and MS Excel
· Good people management skills. Ability to handle our own site engineers, managers, technicians, operators, client various departments executives, engineers and managers
· Systematic approach towards driving things like use of SLD, P&ID, Manuals, Trouble shooting guides, history, etc.
Basic Knowledge of Regulations, Compliances
Thorough on Safety Practices, 5S, Kaizen systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, knowledge of Food Safety Management ISO 22001/HACCP will be advantageous, Energy Management System ISO 50001
Able to document the procedures, prepare training modules for the site team as required
Communication
Should be able to speak in English/ Hindi and read English/ Hindi
Dynamic person with good communication and analytical skills
Good an Managing Multiple Tasks & Prioritization of work
Self-Disciplined, Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy/efficiency
