Job Profile – Executive Assistant (EA) to CMD/MD

Position

Executive Assistant to CMD/MD

Reporting To

CMD / Managing Director

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to the CMD/MD. The candidate should possess strong business understanding, excellent coordination skills, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing/export environment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & MIS

Provide analytical and decision-making support to CMD/MD.
Prepare and review MIS reports related to sales, production, operations, pending orders, inventory, and business performance.
Analyze KPIs, sales trends, operational performance, and business data to support strategic decisions.
Conduct business reviews related to revenue, profitability, targets, and operational efficiencies.

Strategy & Business Coordination

Support management in executing business strategies, growth plans, and operational improvements.
Conduct competition benchmarking, market research, and business analysis.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure closure of key business priorities.
Track business performance and highlight critical issues requiring management attention.

Process Improvement & Digital Initiatives

Support digital transformation projects and process automation initiatives.
Coordinate with departments for process improvements and operational efficiency enhancement.
Assist in implementation of Lean Management / process optimization initiatives.

Commercial & Coordination Responsibilities

Assist in preparation and review of contracts, agreements, proposals, and business documents.
Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations teams.
Follow up on customer requirements, pending issues, payment status, and project deliverables.
Support procurement and vendor coordination activities whenever required.

Executive & Administrative Support

Manage CMD/MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel schedules, and day-to-day coordination.
Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, record MOMs, and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
Prepare presentations, reports, business summaries, and correspondence on behalf of CMD/MD.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth execution of management directives.
Handle confidential documents, business information, and sensitive communications with discretion.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA preferred.
10-15 years of experience as Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, MIS, Strategy, or similar profile.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent knowledge of Artificial Intelligence chatbots, Large Language Models, search tools, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Industry Experience

Manufacturing / Garment Export / Buying House / Engineering / EPC / Corporate Office environment preferred.

Location -Noida

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
