Full time (70% Talent Acquisition and 30% Operations)
We are seeking a Human Resource Manager who will act as a foundational pillar in scaling our India GDC. This role combines strategic talent acquisition (with a strong focus on senior hiring) and hands-on HR operations management.
The ideal candidate will bring a process-oriented mindset, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build HR frameworks from the ground up, aligned with a fast-growing, AI-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior and leadership roles across delivery, engineering, and corporate functions
- Partner with leadership (including founders) to define hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche and senior talent
- Drive candidate experience, employer branding, and offer closures
- Establish structured interview processes, evaluation frameworks, and hiring SLAs
- Develop talent pipelines for critical roles in an AI-led delivery environment
HR Operations & Administration
- Own and manage day-to-day HR operations for the GDC
- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain and manage employee records, documentation, and HR systems
- Drive onboarding and offboarding processes with a structured and compliant approach
Payroll & Compliance Coordination
- Coordinate with the Accounting/Finance team for:
- Monthly payroll processing
- Salary structuring and revisions
- Statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.)
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and audit readiness of payroll inputs
- Act as the bridge between HR and Finance for all compensation-related matters
People Management & Employee Experience
- Act as the first point of contact for employee relations and workplace concerns
- Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and culture-building initiatives
- Support managers in performance management cycles
- Build a high-trust, high-performance work environment
Process & Systems Orientation (Critical for GDC)
- Establish scalable HR processes aligned with a growing delivery center
- Leverage HR tech tools and AI-driven solutions for efficiency and insights
- Define and track HR metrics (hiring velocity, attrition, engagement, etc.)
- Continuously improve HR workflows for operational excellence

Qualifications & Experience
- 5–10+ years of experience in HR generalist or HRBP roles, with strong exposure to recruitment and HR operations
- Prior experience in IT services, consulting, or technology environments preferred
- Demonstrated experience in hiring senior talent
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and payroll coordination
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
