Location : Bhubaneswar / Hybrid

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts.

Key Skills:

6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases).
Proven experience working with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in process modeling and tools (UML, BPMN, flowcharts, Visio, etc.).
Proficient in using AI tools to create accurate BRDs, mockup screens, and story points.
Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
Experience in system integration projects or digital transformation initiatives (preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.
Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Support solution design, testing, and validation processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions.
Assist in UAT, change management, and user training.
