Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day administrative activities of the restaurant.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and duty rosters.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation with the HR department.
Maintain staff records, licenses, permits, and statutory documents.
Monitor office and restaurant supplies and coordinate procurement.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other services.
Verify invoices, maintain petty cash records, and coordinate with the accounts department for payments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of operational records.
Coordinate maintenance of restaurant equipment and facilities.
Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness of administrative areas.
Assist in organizing staff meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Support management with operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
