Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic, hardworking and target-oriented Sales Executive / Salesman to join the Peakdrop Beverages sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the local market, visiting retailers and businesses, generating orders, acquiring new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, shops, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices and other potential customers.
- Promote and sell Peakdrop Beverages packaged drinking water products.
- Generate new customers and develop new sales points.
- Take regular orders from retailers, distributors and bulk customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and wholesalers.
- Increase product availability and visibility in the assigned market.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for timely delivery of orders.
- Follow up on pending customer payments and collections.
- Identify new areas and markets for business expansion.
- Develop institutional and bulk customers such as offices, hotels, restaurants, schools, events and other organizations.
- Monitor competitor products, prices, schemes and market activities.
- Collect feedback from customers regarding product quality, pricing, packaging and service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, customers and collections.
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the management.
- Follow company pricing, credit, collection and sales policies.
- Maintain a professional image of Peakdrop Beverages in the market.

Qualification & Experience
Education: 10th / 12th / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in FMCG, packaged drinking water, beverages, distribution or field sales is preferred.
Freshers: Candidates with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
Additional Requirements
- Local market knowledge will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable with field work and regular market visits.
- Candidate should be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary & Incentives
Salary: As per company policy and candidate's experience.
Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives may be provided based on achievement of assigned sales targets.
