Full job description

The Warehouse Executive is responsible for the efficient management of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely receipt and dispatch of goods, and effective coordination with the Sales, Logistics, and Accounts departments. The role requires maintaining operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company standards and safety procedures.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
Monitor stock movements, shortages, damages, and product returns.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Ensure proper storage, organization, and identification of warehouse inventory.

Receiving and Dispatch Operations

Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and product condition.
Prepare, pack, and dispatch customer orders according to delivery schedules.
Coordinate loading and unloading activities with transport personnel.
Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.

Warehouse Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Ensure products are properly labeled and stored.
Follow warehouse operational procedures and safety standards.
Coordinate with Sales and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Team Coordination

Support supervisors in daily warehouse planning and operational activities.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Assist the warehouse and delivery teams during peak operational periods.

Skills and Competencies

Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to perform physical warehouse activities.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
