About the Role
GreyOak Capital Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Full Stack Product Developer for our Mumbai office.
This is not a role for someone who only builds static website pages or only connects frontend screens to ready-made APIs. We are looking for a hands-on developer who can take a requirement and build the working feature end-to-end.
The person should be able to manage frontend, backend APIs, database operations, authentication, admin panels, dashboards, CMS workflows, integrations, deployment support, and production bug fixing without needing a separate developer for every step.
We are building fintech and market intelligence products for traders, investors, internal research teams, and business users. The work includes real dashboards, client workflows, admin systems, financial data modules, portfolio tools, website pages, and internal product features.
What You Will Work On
You will work on:
- React.js / Next.js frontend pages
- Client login, onboarding, and protected dashboard flows
- Admin panels and internal dashboards
- Forms, tables, filters, charts, and reusable UI components
- Backend APIs for product workflows
- Authentication, JWT, protected routes, user roles, and permissions
- Database tables, CRUD operations, data fetching, filtering, and updates
- CMS-driven pages such as blogs, FAQs, glossary, help pages, and landing pages
- Portfolio upload and research delivery workflows
- Investor quiz and risk profiling systems
- Market data dashboards and financial data modules
- CRM, payment, email, WhatsApp, and analytics integrations
- Website performance, SEO structure, responsive design, and production fixes
- Deployment support and debugging across frontend, backend, and hosting
Core Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Converting Figma designs or UI references into clean, responsive frontend pages
- Building dashboards, admin panels, forms, filters, tables, and user workflows
- Writing backend APIs and connecting them properly with frontend pages
- Designing and managing database tables for required product features
- Implementing login, JWT authentication, protected routes, and role-based access
- Handling loading states, error states, validation, success messages, and edge cases
- Debugging frontend issues, backend errors, API failures, database issues, and deployment problems
- Managing CMS pages, blogs, FAQs, landing pages, and website sections
- Improving website speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO structure, and user experience
- Using Git/GitHub properly and maintaining clean, readable code
- Working directly with founders, product, quant, design, and business teams to convert ideas into working features
Must-Have Requirements
Please apply only if you have hands-on experience with most of the following:
- Minimum 3 years of practical development experience
- Strong React.js and/or Next.js experience
- Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design skills
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, MUI, Bootstrap, or similar UI frameworks
- Ability to build dashboards, admin panels, forms, tables, filters, and reusable components
- Hands-on REST API integration experience
- Backend development experience with Node.js / Express.js OR PHP / Laravel
- Ability to create and maintain backend APIs independently
- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Ability to design basic database tables and manage CRUD operations
- Understanding of JWT, login flows, protected routes, user roles, and form validation
- Ability to debug frontend, backend, database, and deployment issues independently
- Working knowledge of Git and GitHub
- Basic deployment or hosting knowledge
- Comfortable working full-time from our Mumbai office

Good To Have
The following skills are useful but not mandatory:
- Experience with fintech, SaaS, analytics, dashboards, or data-heavy platforms
- Experience with stock market APIs, market data, or reporting dashboards
- WordPress Headless CMS or CMS integration experience
- Payment gateway integration experience
- CRM, WhatsApp API, email system, or automation workflow experience
- Redis, caching, or backend performance optimization
- SEO, Core Web Vitals, Google Search Console, or page-speed optimization
- AWS, VPS, Docker, Vercel, or basic server management experience

The task may include:

- Role-based protected dashboard
- Form validation
- Table, filter, search, and pagination
- API integration
- Basic deployment or GitHub submission
We value real working output more than resume keywords.
This Role Is Best For Someone Who
This role is best suited for someone who has already built websites, dashboards, admin panels, or full-stack web applications and can work independently after understanding the requirement.
This role is not suitable for someone who needs a separate frontend developer, backend developer, or senior developer for every normal product feature.
