About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and responsible Laboratory & Operations Assistant to support our Research & Development laboratory and day-to-day operations for our Skincare & Cosmetics Brand. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the cosmetics, skincare, research, and manufacturing industry. The selected candidate will work closely with our R&D, Production, and Management teams while gaining hands-on exposure to laboratory operations, product development, and business administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the R&D team in laboratory organization, and daily operations.
Maintain laboratory inventory, chemicals, raw materials, packaging samples, and consumables.
Support sample preparation, labeling, storage, and documentation.
Assist with filing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for routine operational requirements.
Support management with day-to-day office and operational activities.
Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of work experience preferred. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass, Diploma, ITI, Graduate, or any equivalent qualification.
Basic computer knowledge including: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Email communication, Google Drive / Google Workspace, Internet browsing
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Honest, disciplined, and dependable.
Physically fit and comfortable handling laboratory and operational tasks.
Basic English.
