About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Trading Analyst specializing in Forex and Gold (XAUUSD) markets. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in technical analysis, strategy development, and backtesting. This role requires a disciplined trader who can analyze market structure, interpret price action, and develop profitable trading strategies supported by verifiable trading records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed technical analysis of Forex pairs and Gold (XAUUSD).
- Conduct comprehensive chart analysis, including price action and candlestick pattern interpretation.
- Develop, test, and optimize trading strategies using historical data.
- Perform backtesting and forward testing of strategies to validate performance.
- Identify high-probability trade setups based on technical indicators and market structure.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly market analysis and trade ideas.
- Maintain disciplined risk management and trade documentation.
- Monitor market trends and adapt strategies to changing market conditions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Forex and Gold trading using technical analysis.
- Strong knowledge of candlestick patterns, market structure, support/resistance, trend analysis, and indicators.
- Expertise in strategy development, backtesting, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency with trading platforms such as MT4/MT5, TradingView, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to clearly document and explain trading strategies.
Verification Requirement (Mandatory):
- Candidates must provide verifiable trading performance records for the last 2 years.
- Trading statements or verified performance reports from platforms such as broker statements, Myfxbook, or similar verification tools will be required for evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing funded or proprietary trading accounts.
- Programming or automation experience (e.g., trading bots, algorithmic testing) is a plus.
- Experience with advanced backtesting tools or quantitative analysis.
