JOB DESCRIPTION

Company Secretary (CS)
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 per month
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Company Secretary (CS) to handle corporate compliance, legal documentation, and secretarial responsibilities. The candidate should have good knowledge of company law procedures, statutory compliance, and corporate record management.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain statutory registers and company records.
Prepare and file ROC forms, annual returns, and compliance documents.
Assist in board meetings, resolutions, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act and other applicable regulations.
Draft notices, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
Handle basic legal and corporate documentation work.
Monitor deadlines related to statutory and regulatory filings.

Requirements

Qualified or Semi-Qualified Company Secretary.
6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
Good knowledge of ROC filings and corporate compliance procedures.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and compliance-related work.
Organized and detail-oriented approach.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 30,000 – 50,000 per month
