Executive Assistant to Director – Immediate Hiring

Job Location: Site-5, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Industry: Manufacturing
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and interview
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to Director to provide high-level administrative, communication, coordination, and scheduling support to the Director.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience handling professional communication with international/foreign clients. The role involves close coordination with the Director and may require domestic and international travel when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a major portion of communication and correspondence with international clients
Manage professional email communication, follow-ups, and business correspondence
Coordinate the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedules
Prepare and organize information, documents, reports, and meeting-related materials
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and business associates
Support the Director in day-to-day administrative and operational activities
Maintain proper follow-ups on tasks assigned by the Director
Accompany the Director on domestic and international business trips when required
Maintain confidentiality of business and professional information
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the Director and relevant stakeholders
Represent the office professionally while communicating with clients and business associates

Candidate Requirements

Experience as an Executive Assistant (EA), Personal Assistant (PA), Executive Secretary, or similar role
Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
Comfortable communicating with international clients
Strong email drafting and professional correspondence skills
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and general office tools
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Confident, professional, well-presented, and organized
Must be comfortable with domestic and international business travel
Candidates with experience supporting senior management/directors in a manufacturing or corporate environment will be preferred
