Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team. The Client Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Client Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services according to client requirements.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Manage client expectations and build strong, long-lasting relationships.
Schedule and facilitate client meetings, calls, and presentations.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
Handle client feedback and complaints, working to resolve any issues to the client’s satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Assist in the development and implementation of client service procedures and policies.
Support the sales team in upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management tools and software.
Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
Familiarity with IT and digital transformation services.
