About Us

Tantrums Wooden Toys is a Rajkot-based manufacturer and multi-platform seller of Montessori and wooden educational toys, with in-house manufacturing (CNC cutting, UV printing, laser engraving). We sell across Amazon India, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Jiomart, Walmart, and Blinkit, and are scaling our online presence rapidly.

Role Overview

We're looking for an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across multiple online marketplaces. You'll own listings, pricing, order flow, and performance across platforms — working closely with our design, production, and packaging teams to keep everything running smoothly from listing to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Walmart, and Blinkit seller/vendor panels
Create, optimize, and update product listings — titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content, and keywords
Monitor pricing, inventory levels, and stock availability across all channels; coordinate replenishment with the factory
Track and improve key metrics: sales, conversion rate, ACOS/TACOS, return rate, account health, and customer ratings
Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, and courier/logistics issues (Delhivery, marketplace-specific logistics)
Respond to and resolve customer queries, returns, and negative reviews professionally
Run and monitor PPC/ad campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart; report on spend and ROI
Manage marketplace disputes, claims, and account health issues (listing suppressions, POA responses, etc.)
Coordinate with graphic designers for creatives, catalog images, and seasonal campaign assets
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and performance reports for management
Stay updated on marketplace policy changes, new features, and seasonal sale events (Big Billion Days, Prime Day, etc.)

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on experience managing listings/operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or similar marketplaces
Working knowledge of Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho Supplier Panel
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for reporting and reconciliation
Basic understanding of GST as applicable to e-commerce sales (helpful, not mandatory)
Strong written communication for customer service and listing content
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple platforms/deadlines at once
Prior experience in D2C, toys, or FMCG e-commerce is a plus
