Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage and grow DeoDap online sales across our website and marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing sales performance, running promotions, and ensuring smooth order and customer experience. The goal is to increase online revenue, improve conversion rates, and strengthen DeoDap’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities1. Platform Management
- Manage DeoDap website and marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Upload and optimize product listings (title, description, keywords, images)
- Ensure accurate pricing, stock availability, and product information
- Monitor website performance and resolve issues quickly
2. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Plan and execute strategies to increase online sales and revenue
- Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, sales, and average order value
- Run promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers
- Identify new opportunities and growth channels
3. Marketplace Management
- Manage performance on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
- Optimize product ranking using SEO, keywords, and marketplace tools
- Run ads and promotional campaigns on marketplaces
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
4. Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with warehouse team for stock management
- Ensure timely order processing, shipping, and delivery
- Prevent stock-out or overstock situations
- Monitor returns and customer complaints
5. Digital Marketing & Promotion
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, ads, social media)
- Analyze customer behavior and sales data
- Improve customer experience and website performance
- Work with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
6. Reporting & Analysis
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Analyze performance and suggest improvements
- Track ROI on campaigns and marketing activities
- Provide performance reports to management
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
Experience
- 2–5 years experience in E-commerce management
- Experience handling marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho preferred
Skills Required
- Knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Marketplace listing and optimization experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Ads, Promotions)
- Inventory and order management experience
- Good communication and leadership skills
Preferred Experience (Bonus)
- Experience in D2C brands or product-based companies
- Experience managing high SKU volume
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics tools
