Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to join our premium PG. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing hygienic, nutritious, and delicious meals for residents while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare 3 fresh meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
Prepare tea and coffee twice a day.
Plan daily menus and ensure food quality and taste.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Manage kitchen inventory and inform management about grocery requirements.
Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience as a cook in a PG, hostel, cafeteria, restaurant, or similar setup.
Ability to cook North Indian meals (knowledge of South Indian or other cuisines is an advantage).
Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
