Founders
You’ll work directly with founders who combine world-class consumer growth, elite marketing, deep AI engineering, and proven zero-to-one company building.
You’ll be working with founders who have:
- Founded and scaled one of Europe’s largest social agencies to $20M ARR and 200 employees, working with global brands including Nike, Red Bull, The North Face, Vodafone, AG1, and many more
- Built a consumer app to $7M ARR in 9 months and 25M+ downloads
- Built at the frontier of AI as Engineer #3 at a company that went on to raise a $110M Series A
About the Role
Chaptr is a U.S.-based company located in NYC and working closely with Hollywood talent. We are looking to build a highly talented and hardworking AI film production team.
As a creative team member, you will work closely with the founders on creative direction, production workflows, visual execution, storytelling decisions, sound design, and visual design. This is a high-ownership role where your work will directly shape the first generation of Chaptr’s AI-native cinematic content and help define the company’s creative production culture.
Responsibilities
- Translate scripts and shot lists into compelling visual sequences
- Create storyboards, compositions, and animated shots using AI tools
- Execute cinematic framing, camera movement, pacing, and visual continuity
- Iterate rapidly based on creative feedback and production needs
- Maintain consistency across characters, environments, and visual style
- Collaborate closely with editors, showrunners, and the broader creative team
- Help refine and improve evolving AI production workflows
- Support the creation of high-quality episodic AI-generated films, dramas, and cinematic series
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with upscaling, cleanup, compositing, or post-production workflows is a plus, including Topaz, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools
- Experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream, Flux, or similar platforms
- Experience with AI video-generation tools such as Kling, Veo, Seedance, Runway, or similar platforms
- Strong eye for cinematography, animation, composition, visual storytelling, and character/scene continuity
- Experience working from scripts, storyboards, shot lists, or creative briefs
- Passion for filmmaking, animation, internet culture, AI-native creative tools, and emerging creative technology
