Experience: Prior experience in IT Sales / Lead Closing is mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for a confident and results-driven IT Sales Lead Closing / Telesales Executive who can handle incoming and existing leads, communicate with prospects, understand their requirements, and successfully convert qualified leads into paying clients. The primary responsibility of this position is sales conversion and deal closing. This is a target-based role with an attractive incentive structure.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads provided by the company.

- Contact prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, video meetings, and other communication channels.

- Understand client requirements, pain points, budget, and project expectations.

- Present and explain the company's IT services and solutions effectively.

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

- Conduct sales calls and online meetings with potential clients.

- Prepare or coordinate proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.

- Follow up with prospects systematically until the deal is closed or the lead is disqualified.

- Handle client objections and provide appropriate solutions to move the deal forward.

- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within company guidelines.

- Maintain regular communication with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

- Coordinate with technical, project management, and business development teams when required.

- Update lead status, follow-ups, conversations, and sales activities in the CRM.

- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing clients.

- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients after closing to support repeat business and referrals. Requirements

- Prior experience in IT Sales, IT Telesales, or IT Lead Closing is mandatory.

- Proven experience in converting IT leads into paying customers.

- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, Shopify, Node.js, AI/ML, CRM, DevOps, digital marketing, and related technology services.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Strong telephone etiquette and confidence in speaking with international and domestic clients.

- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT solutions.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

- Highly target-oriented and motivated by sales performance.

- Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.

- Ability to handle multiple leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

- Candidates with a proven IT sales closing record will be given preference.

Key Performance Indicators

- Number of leads contacted

- Lead-to-meeting conversion

- Meeting-to-sale conversion

- Number of deals closed

- Monthly sales revenue

- Conversion percentage

- Average deal value

- Follow-up efficiency

- Achievement of monthly sales targets

Compensation ₹20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives Attractive incentives will be provided based on successful sales closures and achievement/exceeding of monthly targets.

Important: This is a target-based sales closing position. The candidate must be comfortable with sales targets, frequent follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
