Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, handle correspondence, and assist with day-to-day administrative and personal tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
Track expenses and assist with basic administrative and financial tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
Assist with event planning, business visits, and special projects.
Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to senior management.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field preferred.
