The Role

As a Maconomy Support Analyst, you'll forge Strong functional understanding of Deltek Maconomy Financials . Hands‑on exposure to one or more of the following Maconomy modules: Accounts Payable (AP) , Accounts Receivable (AR) , General Ledger (GL) .Fixed Assets (FA) ,Human Resources / Employees , Sales Orders ,Timesheets & Expenses , Contract Management & Subscriptions , Reporting & Banking. Provide L2/L3 technical support for Deltek Maconomy ERP. Diagnose and resolve application, batch, interface, and data integrity issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent remediation. Operate within ServiceNow ITSM processes for incidents and requests. Ensure adherence to SLAs and XLAs aligned to WPP Goverance. Ability to assess issue severity and determine appropriate escalation paths.Experience owning incidents end‑to‑end until resolution. Ability to validate transactional data related to AP, AR, GL, and projects. Familiarity with Maconomy reporting outputs and reconciliation activities . Awareness of upstream and downstream data dependencies

Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of experience working with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
Experience supporting Maconomy in enterprise or multi‑entity environments
Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes
Understanding of SLA‑driven AMS environments
Ability to maintain accurate ticket documentation and status updates
Preferred Skills and Experience
Master Degree & Any relevant Certifications
