Sales & Brand Partnerships Executive

About Earnex

Earnex Rewards is a customer loyalty and data analytics platform built for D2C and FMCG brands. We help brands understand who their loyal customers actually are across online and offline channels, and reward them in ways that drive repeat purchases and lifetime value. We're pre-launch and growing fast, and we're looking for our first sales hire to help us build the brand partner network that powers the platform.

What you'll actually be doing

Your primary job is getting brands onto the platform. That means identifying the right D2C and FMCG brands, reaching out cold and warm, having real conversations about their retention and data challenges, and walking them through how Earnex solves those problems. You'll own the full cycle from first contact to onboarded partner.

Alongside this, you'll manage our LinkedIn and Instagram presence by sharing content about brand loyalty, customer retention, and D2C growth to build credibility and warm up inbound interest over time.

Specifically:

Cold and warm outreach to D2C and FMCG brand founders, marketing heads, and growth teams via LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and direct calls. You will be doing a lot of this, every day. If that sounds exhausting rather than exciting, this role is not for you.
Building and managing a pipeline of prospective brand partners, tracking conversations, follow-ups, and onboarding status in a simple CRM.
Attending D2C and FMCG networking events, founder meetups, and industry communities to build relationships that convert into partnerships.
Managing our LinkedIn company page and Instagram (3 to 4 posts per week), primarily repurposing content the founding team provides rather than creating from scratch.
Feeding back what you hear from brands: their objections, their questions, what resonates and what doesn't, directly to the founding team so we can improve the product and pitch.

What we're looking for

1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or brand partnerships. We care more about your attitude toward rejection and follow-up than your years of experience.
Prior exposure to D2C brands, FMCG, or the Indian startup ecosystem, either through a previous job, internship, or personal network. If you already know people at emerging D2C brands or have worked with them, that matters a lot.
Comfortable with cold outreach. You should not find it awkward to message a brand founder you've never met and start a conversation. This is the core of the role.
Strong written communication in English and Hindi. Your outreach messages need to be clear, punchy, and human, not copy-pasted templates.
Basic understanding of how brands think about customer retention, repeat purchases, and marketing ROI. You don't need to be a data analyst but you need to be able to have a credible conversation with a brand's marketing head.
Self-starter. We're an early-stage startup. There's no playbook yet. You'll be helping us write it.

What we're not looking for

Someone whose primary skill is content creation or graphic design. That's not what this role needs right now. OR Someone who needs a fully structured environment with defined leads and scripts. You'll be building this from scratch. OR Someone looking for a comfortable 9 to 5. Early-stage sales is intense.

What you'll get

Competitive base salary plus performance incentive tied to brand partners onboarded. The incentive structure means a strong performer earns meaningfully more than the base.

Direct access to the founding team and genuine input into product and go-to-market strategy. This is not a junior execution role (your feedback from the market will shape decisions).

The opportunity to be the person who built the brand network of a platform from zero. If Earnex grows, this role grows with it.

Location: Prefer someone based in Delhi NCR ONLY as this role starts immediately and is in person in Gurgaon

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
