About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about customer engagement, relationship management, and sales excellence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, generating business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth while building a rewarding career in customer success and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and effectively.
Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls generated from marketing and lead generation initiatives.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information and solutions.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers to nurture relationships and convert opportunities into appointments or business outcomes.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales/business development team.
Address customer inquiries promptly and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications & Experience

1–2 years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Customer Success, or a related field.
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to build rapport, influence conversations, and maintain professional relationships.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in handling customer interactions over phone and maintaining accurate records.

Language Requirements

Fluent in English and Tamil (Mandatory).
Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
