Job Title - MIS Executive – (Real Estate Sales)

Department – Sales

Experience – 1 to 4 years

Location – I.T. Park, Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Salary – INR 20,000/- to INR 30,000/-

Job Summary

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing sales data, preparing reports, maintaining CRM accuracy, analyzing sales performance, and providing timely management information to support decision-making. The role ensures data integrity, sales tracking, and efficient reporting for the real estate sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Generate reports on inquiries, site visits, bookings, cancellations, collections, and inventory status.
Track sales team performance against targets.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate reporting.
Monitor lead status and follow-up activities.
Prepare dashboards and presentations for management reviews.
Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain records of bookings, agreements, and payment schedules.
Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis.
Ensure timely submission of sales reports and business insights.
Assist in forecasting sales trends using historical data.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel preferred: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts).
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or industry-specific CRM).
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in data management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Certification in Advanced Excel or MIS is preferred.

Experience

1–4 years of experience in MIS, preferably in the real estate industry.
Experience in sales reporting, CRM management, and dashboard preparation is preferred.

Accuracy of MIS reports.
Timely submission of reports.
CRM data quality and completeness.
Sales dashboard availability.
Report turnaround time.
Data reconciliation accuracy.
Support provided to sales management for decision-making.
