Senior Executive – Accounts & Tender Management

Company: Expo India Connect (A Division of Signitise Exhibits & Media Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3–6 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

About Us

Expo India Connect is one of Uttar Pradesh's leading Corporate Event Management, Exhibition, MICE, and Government Event Management companies. We specialize in government tenders, exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, and large-scale public events across India.

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts & Tender Management who can independently handle accounting operations, tender documentation, compliance, and financial coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance

Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare GST returns and coordinate with CA for statutory compliance.
Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments.
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.
Generate monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Monitor project-wise profitability and cost tracking.
Follow up on client payments and outstanding receivables.

Tender Management

Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, E-Procurement Portals, and departmental websites.
Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial documentation.
Manage EMD, tender fees, performance guarantees, and compliance requirements.
Maintain tender calendars and submission schedules.
Track tender status, clarifications, corrigendums, and results.
Prepare pre-qualification and bid documentation.
Ensure all company registrations and certificates remain updated.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain company statutory records.
Handle MSME, GST, PAN, TAN, and company compliance documentation.
Maintain vendor agreements, work orders, and client contracts.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of all financial and tender records.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Experience in Government Tendering and GeM Portal operations.
Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple submissions.

Preferred Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts and Tender Management.
Experience in Event Management, Infrastructure, Government Projects, or Service Industry preferred.
