Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Biology & Zoology Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students preparing for academic examinations, NEET, competitive exams, and higher education programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise in Biology and Zoology, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts through interactive learning methods.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions in Biology and Zoology.
- Teach topics including Cell Biology, Genetics, Human Physiology, Animal Kingdom, Ecology, Evolution, Biotechnology, Reproduction, and Environmental Science.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Deliver concept-based and examination-oriented training.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, case studies, and interactive learning activities where applicable.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular tests, revision sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in biological sciences and examination patterns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Biology, Zoology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Biology and Zoology concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Ability to explain scientific concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong mentoring and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coaching students for NEET, CBSE, State Board, or competitive examinations.
- Previous experience as a Biology, Zoology, or Life Sciences Faculty.
- Ability to create exam-oriented study materials and assessments.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and practical applications in biological sciences.
