The Galvanizing Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the galvanizing process to ensure metal components are properly coated and meet quality standards. The role involves handling materials, operating galvanizing equipment under supervision, maintaining safety standards, and supporting daily production activities.

Assist in the galvanizing process as per production requirements.

Load and unload materials for galvanizing operations.

Monitor process parameters under the guidance of senior operators.

Perform basic visual inspections of galvanized products.

Ensure proper handling and movement of materials.

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the galvanizing area.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

Report equipment issues, defects, or abnormalities to supervisors.

Support production targets and quality requirements.

Maintain basic production and process records and MIS.

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related field.

3-7 years of experience in manufacturing, galvanizing, surface treatment, or production operations.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Understanding of workplace safety practices.

Ability to follow instructions and procedures.

Good teamwork and communication skills.

Physical fitness to work in an industrial environment.

An in-house galvanizing plant with Annual capacity of 7000 tons ensures that all our steel products are protected against corrosion during performance life cycle.
Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process Knowledge – Understanding of pre-treatment, fluxing, galvanizing, cooling, and finishing processes.
Quality Control & Inspection – Knowledge of coating thickness, surface finish, adhesion testing, defect analysis, and quality standards.
Chemical & Bath Management – Ability to monitor and control acid, flux, and zinc bath parameters for consistent product quality.
Safety & Environmental Compliance – Awareness of chemical handling, PPE usage, hazardous waste management, and workplace safety practices.
Equipment Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Ability to monitor galvanizing equipment, identify process issues, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
