Triophase is a software development and AI-native engineering company helping startups and businesses turn ideas into production-ready digital products.

We work across SaaS, AI applications, web & mobile products, APIs, automation, and custom software development, with a strong focus on international clients.

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can help us identify the right prospects, start meaningful conversations, and generate qualified business opportunities.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects for Triophase.

You will primarily work on LinkedIn, email outreach, prospect research, lead databases, and social selling to connect with decision-makers in our target markets.

This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales, SaaS, software development services, and international lead generation and enjoys turning cold prospects into genuine business conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential B2B clients in target markets, particularly the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and other international markets.
Generate qualified leads for software development, SaaS, AI, automation, and digital product development services.
Use LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to identify founders, CEOs, CTOs, Product Heads, and other decision-makers.
Execute personalized LinkedIn connection and outreach campaigns.
Develop and execute cold email campaigns.
Research companies, decision-makers, business needs, and potential opportunities before outreach.
Create personalized and engaging outreach messages rather than generic mass messaging.
Maintain and regularly update lead databases and CRM records.
Qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, project potential, and decision-making authority.
Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
Book qualified meetings/demos for the sales or business development team.
Track outreach activity, response rates, meetings booked, and lead-to-opportunity conversion.
Experiment with different messaging, industries, personas, and outreach strategies to improve results.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, business development, SDR, inside sales, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and cold outreach.
Good understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to research prospects and understand their business before approaching them.
Experience targeting international clients is highly preferred.
Familiarity with SaaS, software development, AI, IT services, or technology companies is an advantage.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and lead-generation platforms.
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working with measurable KPIs.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of lead-generation activities.
