Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our core
management team.The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of
managing multiple tasks efficiently.This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage front-office tasks such as email handling, visitor management, office supplies,

housekeeping supervision, and vendor coordination.

Maintain administrative documentation and ensure basic office upkeep and safety.

Director Assistance

Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, document Minutes of Meetings

(MoM), and follow up on action items.

Act as a point of contact for communication with external stakeholders when required.

HR & Basic Accounts Support

Assist HR with onboarding, documentation, internal communication, and employee

engagement activities.

Support basic accounts tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, billing logs, vendor

payment records, and coordination with the finance team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/B.Com/BA English)
 Atleast 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or in a
similar support role.
 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic AI tools.
 Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills.
 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Personal Attributes
 High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable team player.
